What will you be responsible for?

• Advise our customers in their transportation and logistics business processes
• Analyze customer requirements, blueprint and configure the necessary SAP modules in TM and other modules
• Write functional and technical specifications, test scripts and user manuals
• Help in pre-sales activities when requested
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the SAP TM and logistics modules, and share that knowledge with your colleagues
• Develop long-term relationships with your client portfolio, to ensure a win-win situation for client and company, and contribute to the long-term success of our organization

Experience

• Work experience in customer service/client facing positions, specifically in Supply Chain and Transportation processes
• You demonstrate effective oral and written communication
• A Deep knowledge of the Transportation Planning, Execution and Transportation Charge calculations functionalities
• Project Management: experience in managing business critical projects
• Consultancy: experience in consulting, advising corporations in realizing the business case of their software investments
• Service Delivery: experience in implementing, configuring and supporting software solutions

Technical Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of transportation processes, and technologies
• In-depth experience in SAP TM and SAP logistics configuration and integration with other modules
• Profound knowledge on SAP TM related technical objects such as RFCs, BAdIs, etc.
• Being TM certified is a plus
