Human Capital & Marketing Officer

We seek a creatieve administrative professional who is organized and energetic with great interpersonal skills.

What will you be responsible for? 


  • Handle the Quinaptis social media channels: curation, publish own content, monitor and report and iterate
  • Help create blog posts, videos, enticing pictures, webinars
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners


  • Administration & support: payroll, insurance, mobility, recruiting, relocation, contracts, timesheets, Learning & Development, and support co-workers with all related questions
  • Search & selection: first screening of candidates, planning of interviews, follow up of sourcing funnel, etc.
  • Events & travel: help organize small company events and make travel arrangements


Finance: expense reporting, in- and outgoing invoices, etc.

Front desk reception: answer phones, greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries

Office management: make sure all equipment is in order, supplies are in stock and the inventory is updated

What does our ideal candidate look like?


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing or office/personnel management or similar is required 
  • Knowledge of or at least an enormous interest in both (social media) marketing and Human Capital management 
  • Fluent in MS Office and working knowledge of O365 would be a great asset
  • Discrete and diplomatic
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Dutch and English and good French-speaking
  • Professional appearance
  • Attention to detail, dependability, punctuality
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks and meet deadlines
  • Highly motivated and needs little oversight to perform
  • Experience working both independently and with a team in a demanding environment
  • Sense of humor appreciated
  • Willingness and ability to take on tasks that are out of the comfort zones
