We seek a creatieve administrative professional who is organized and energetic with great interpersonal skills.
Finance: expense reporting, in- and outgoing invoices, etc.
Front desk reception: answer phones, greet visitors, handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
Office management: make sure all equipment is in order, supplies are in stock and the inventory is updated
