Applications Delivery Manager

To further professionalize our Application Management Services (AMS) Quinaptis needs the expertise of an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager.

What will you be responsible for?

  • In cooperation with management, develop the service strategy for the AMS unit and IT service management practices
  • Contribute to architecture and design work for new services or changes required to existing services
  • End to end service delivery of core IT services and business applications, tools and processes
  • Manage and lead incident management situations and processes
  • Development and continual service improvement of processes and procedures in line with ITIL
  • Relationships with Service Desk and key resolver functions
  • Relationships with Client Management and key commercial functions
  • Scope management

Concretely, this means:

  • Dispatching tickets:
  • Ensure contracted 3rd party services are provided according to agreed standards and performance indicators
  • Create & maintain documentation and procedures (Service Agreements, SLAs, KPIs, …) to describe the above-mentioned services to allow qualitative and quantitative measurements can be performed.
  • Perform the day-to-day operation of the processes that manage the applications services
  • Gather and report on performance metrics to understand if value is realized

Experience

  • Work experience in customer service/client facing positions
  • Work experience with incident, request, change and problem management in ITIL environments
  • Project Management: experience in managing business critical projects
  • Consultancy: experience in consulting, advising corporations in realizing the business case of their software investments
  • Service Delivery: experience in implementing, configuring and supporting software solutions
  • Prior experience with engaging and working with Software Product Management and Software Product Delivery teams, on, near and offshore, including development, maintenance, and support

 

Technical Knowledge

  • Strong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery concepts
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SAP
  • Insights into logistical and supply chain processes is an advantage
